IMEC was engaged to design a Surface to Underground paste delivery system. The system included surface paste depository, 1000m delivery line to underground repository.
Engineering works included:
- Civil design of slabs, plinth, sumps
- Pipe sizing & valve selection
- Arrestor kettle & support structure design
- Access Platforms, Hoppers
- Risk Assessment, HAZOP
